Hairy Lemon Was Closed In December Over Food Safety Concerns

The basement of the Hairy Lemon pub was served a closure order on the 17th December and closed for two days as a result. Food closure orders are issued only where there is immediate danger to the public or where previous recommendations are not complied with. The Hairy Lemon is one of 113 enforcement orders that were served last year, 96 of which were permanent closure orders.
