Have €6000 A Month Spare & Want To Live In Dublin? This Is The Place For You

We all know that the rental market in Dublin is a little mental at the moment with people queuing up to rent expensive pokey shoeboxes. Well just for a little moment we've allowed ourselves to dream with what could possibly be Ireland's nicest rental. Situated on the leafy Upper Leeson Street in Dublin 4 this place has 5 bedrooms, all the mod cons but you will need your own furniture. And you'll need a lot to fill this beauty!

While it might seem out of reach why not find 9 other mates and throw in 600 a month each. You'll have to share one of the 5 rooms but there will be plenty of room on the couches and the kitchen is big enough for a few of you to be cooking at the same time. There will even be room for 4 cars to be parked off-street. Best not tell the owners that so just send in the most respectable couple in the group and say you are spending your trust fund and hoping to have children soon etc. Quiet tenants.

We can only dream :(

Like this post? Then you'll love checking out this property overlooking Central Park that just sold in NYC for over $100 million
