While it might seem out of reach why not find 9 other mates and throw in 600 a month each. You'll have to share one of the 5 rooms but there will be plenty of room on the couches and the kitchen is big enough for a few of you to be cooking at the same time. There will even be room for 4 cars to be parked off-street. Best not tell the owners that so just send in the most respectable couple in the group and say you are spending your trust fund and hoping to have children soon etc. Quiet tenants.
