Yes, we know that getting your eyebrows shaped at Penneys sounds a bit bizarre, but they're actually really good. Rachana, one of the beauty consultants, formerly worked at Harvey Nichols before setting up shop at Penneys Mary Street. While it's not exactly a glamorous salon experience, threading and a tint costs a mere €14 - just make sure you tell them what shape or thickness you prefer before they begin.
