Here Is The Moment Joan Burton Takes A Water Balloon To The Face

We aren’t going to get involved in the Water charges debate but the big incident in Dublin this weekend was Joan Burton getting hemmed into a protest and needing to be rescued by police. What has only come to light today is that she was under attack from the moment she got there as this video shows the police trying to get her into the building safely. Good aim from whoever threw the balloon but you have to wonder just how peaceful a protest this actually was.
