Here’s How You Can Watch Alan Partridge With Free Pints In Dublin This Week

Not many comedy characters can stand the test of time as well as Norfolk’s favourite radio presenter Alan Partidge. 

The appeal of the socially inept DJ and TV presenter has spanned the generations, so much so that the young folks of today are still cracking up at his infamous faux-pas. 

This Thursday, Dublin fans of the character portrayed by Steve Coogan will be able to celebrate his genius by gathering together at the Gasworks Bar in the Grand Canal Hotel to watch some iconic episodes of I’m Alan Partridge while enjoying some free beer. 

The night will be run in association with Galway Bay Brewery and you can click here to purchase a ticket. All ticket holders who share the Facebook event page here will then be entered into a competition to win a free table for four and a round of drinks. As Partridge would say, “Jurassic Park!” 

There will also be a general knowlege quiz of all things Partridge to separate the Tony Hayers from the Bill Oddies. 

With limited capacity we’d recommend getting early bird tickets now at the cost of just a fiver or €20 for a table of four. 

It seems like a great way to kick off Halloween season but watch out for any rogue zombies that may be in the vicinity.
