Here’s What Vogue Says You Shouldn’t Miss When In Dublin

Alana Laverty

Vogue Magazine has finally weighed its two cents on our wonderful city.

The Vogue Guide To Dublin recommends ten things “not to miss in the fair city”… but we’re not sure if we agree with all of them.

Take a look for yourself and let us know what you think about their choices in the comments…

1. Stay at The Marker

In our dreams, Vogue.

2. Shop @ Roads

Can’t argue with that.

3. Eat lunch at Bastible

Yes, you really should.

4. Visit Francis Bacon’s Studio at The Hugh Lane Gallery

5. Shop at Article

One of favourite little shops in Dublin — we could buy it ALL. Find ’em in the Powerscourt Townhouse.

6. Stop off at 777

“The intimate foodie cavern is ordained with candles and top-to-toe tiling. Combining bold flavours from Mexico City with international tastes, 777 is the ideal spot for a full feast or just a post-prandial drink,” writes Gilly Hopper, Vogue.

7. Visit The Long Room at Trinity College Library

8. Have a drink at Sidecar at The Westbury

Fair — good taste here.

9. Have dinner at Forest & Marcy

10. Kick back at The Dean

Wake up in The Marker, fall asleep in The Dean.

Ouch, says our bank acc. Lucky for some.
