Balscadden FC are holding a 'Win a Dublin Home' fundraising draw.
The 2-Bed Townhouse is located in the historical village of Balrothery in Dublin situated in picturesque Fingal.
It's worth €200k but could be yours for just €100 — absolute madness.
The North Dublin soccer club are "conducting this draw with an aim to purchasing land to develop a sporting facility to serve the entire community for generations to come".
Their aim is to sell at least 7,000 tickets to fundraise for the sporting facility.
The draw will take place on Saturday 29th June 2019 in Balscadden Inn.
"The townhouse is part of a new development of ‘A’ rated two and three bedroom homes by Larry Kiernan Plant Hire ltd. The townhouse has two bedrooms and comes to the market with choice of kitchen and bathroom plus €10,000 cash for the lucky winner.
"The house has an ‘A’ rated energy efficiency tag. The south-facing garden is landscaped and includes a concrete shed with electricity. The front driveway is finished with cobble lock and has ample room for two cars.
