In Photos: Soder+Ko’s Official Launch

We love seeing new restaurants and bars opening up across the city, like proud parents watching Dublin as it begins to grow once again. SÖDER+KO, located in the heart of Dublin’s creative quarter on South Great George’s Street, is one such place, which cropped up just before St Patrick’s Day – and over the past six weeks they’ve been serving great Asian food to their growing Dublin following.

On Tuesday, they held their official launch party, where guests enjoyed some delicious food from a kitchen led by head chef Kwanghi Chan, and some signature Absolut Elyx based cocktails all while chilling in the comfy, yet cool surroundings of the venue. Guests were also treated to musical entertainment from DJ Eamonn Barrett and trio ‘Pickin up the Pieces’ who performed aloft on the Nordic outdoor terrace.
