Spring has sprung, and the weather was absolutely perfect at our Brunch Club today, showcasing the true beauty of Spring in Dublin.
The food was deliciously fresh, light and invigorating but we’d expect nothing less from House‘s resident caterers, The Gourmet Food Parlour. There were goat’s cheese and fig frittatas, Caprese salads, meats, cheeses, Ballyfree free range eggs, fruit from Keelings, bread from the Bretzel Bakery and loads more. Ireland’s premium organic milk and yogurt provider, Glenisk were also present showcasing their vast product range. On top of that we also had food and drink from Franciscan Well, Cool Beans, Dr Coys and Starbucks Frappuccino.
There were zesty cocktails like strawberry daiquiris and kumquat and herb salt margaritas to keep our stylish guests well hydrated, and they were a great hit.
