Grafton Street is one of the most expensive streets in the world, it has been revealed.
It ranked 13th in real estate company Cushman & Wakefield’s annual report, Main Streets Across The World.
The average rent per square metre on the city centre street is about €3,095 per annum, which places it one spot above Portal de L’Angel in Barcelona and one spot below Kaufinger/Neuhauser in Munich.
Upper Fifth Avenue in New York was ranked as the most expensive street on earth, followed by Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, New Bond Street in London, Via Montenapoleone in Milan and Avenue des Champs Elysees in Paris.
