The incredibly talented chef Marco Pierre White will be returning to Dublin next week to launch the 25th anniversary edition of his classic cookbook, White Heat. It's hard to believe that it's been 25 years since the original White Heat hit the shelves. The slick new edition will contain a 64-page section with previously unpublished photographs by the late Cork born photographer, Bob Carlos Clarke.
Also, word on the street is that the celebrated Hollywood producer Ridley Scott has optioned the rights to a Marco Pierre White biopic, so we could be seeing this legend on the big screen very soon too.
For anyone interested in meeting Marco, he will be in both of his Dublin restaurants signing copies of White Heat 25 next week. On Thursday 19 February from 5pm he will be in Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Dawson Street. Then on Friday 20 February from 5pm in he will be signing copies in Marco Pierre White Courtyard Bar & Grill, Donnybrook.
If you can't make either of those signings the good news is that we have managed to get our hands on two signed copies of the book to give away to our lucky readers. So if you'd like to be in with a chance of winning, head on over to our Instagram Page to enter, and best of luck!
