We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Oliver Dunne and Cleaver East, located in Temple Bar, on his #Pornburger Project.
Oliver started this project with Head Chef David Crawley Fay after the renovation of Bon Appetit in Malahide when he moved away from the world of fine dining and with that the gloves came off and the #pornburger was created.
#Pornburger stems from my love of simple food that you just shut up, eat, and bloody enjoy, also it has the challenge of taking something as iconic as the humble burger and elevating it into something a little more special.”

On the first day of every month, an exciting new #pornburger is created at Cleaver East.
This month you can taste #thechipper #pornburger, as seen below, in Cleaver East consisting of 200g coarse ground beef rump, french fries, spiced Cleaver East special burger sauce, crispy batter pieces, salt and vinegar hollandaise, ketchup and a cornmeal bun.
It is available at lunch, brunch and on the early bird menu.
From next month though, the Lovin Dublin community, will get the chance to vote on what the next #pornburger will be.
In celebration of all things American, Oliver has created two Hollywood stars: the two big guns, who are normally bezzie mates will become rivals in this #pornburger face off…

Taking inspiration from his Oklahoma southern state vibes we have spiced up this chicken burger.

Confit chicken leg tempura
Crispy chicken skin
Garlic mayo
