Barclays Bank has just signed a 20 year lease for a new premises in Dublin city centre.
According to 98fm, the bank is set to pay €2.35 million a year in rent on the new office space on Molesworth Street.
The office, set to accommodate about 400 employees, is currently under redevelopment and is set to be completed in the last three months of the year.
Barclays announced just last month that it had plans for expansion following Britain’s departure from the European Union.
