Travel chaos will continue tomorrow morning in the aftermath of Storm Ali with part of the Luas Green Line remaining closed.

In a statement on the Luas website they explained, ‘There is no service between Dawson and Balally due to significant and extensive damage to the infrastructure caused by Storm Ali.

‘Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of this disruption… We would advise customers who are looking to travel Northbound to avail of bus services from Balally/Dundrum to the City. Please allow extra time to travel.’

They confirmed ‘Green Line services are operating between Broombridge and Dawson and Balally and Bridesglen with an average frequency of between 8-10 minutes’.
