Luas Red Line services between Belgard and The Point/Connolly are currently suspended due to a failed tram at the Red Cow.
This is the third major disruption to services today following a technical failure at The Four Courts in the early hours of this morning and a serious collision at the Green Line Beechwood stop a short while ago.
Green Line services have since been restored but are operating with delays of up 15-20 minutes.
Luas apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Dublin Bus are accepting valid Luas tickets.
