M50 ‘Completely Blocked’ Following Crash On Southbound

Ireland’s main motorway, the M50 is ”completely blocked” by emergency services as they deal with a crash on the southbound side of the motorway at the M1 interchange.

Traffic is slow in both directions as a result. 

AA Roadwatch took to Twitter to say: 

“The M50 southbound is completely blocked at the moment just after the M1 Interchange while emergency services deal with the crash.”

“Traffic is slow from the M1 southbound to the incident. It’s also slow on Clarehall Rd westbound from past Northern Cross as a result.”

As well as this, today kicks off the first day of the Dublin Horse Show, with delays are expected near the RDS.
