The dairy- and gluten-free treats have gone down a storm since their launch in 2012, proving beyond all doubt that you need bad ingredients to make things taste good.
Having kicked off as a fairly elusive niche item, the avocado-based ice cream is now readily available in most decent shops – but this week, it’s taken things to a whole new level, opening its very own popup in Green Beards Juicery on Baggot Street.

The popup will remain in place for the rest of the summer, meaning there’s plenty of time to tick off the entire menu. And you can already imagine what the queues are going to be like once the weather gets back to its best…
