One Of Dublin’s Most Beloved Pubs Is Set To Close

It’s been reported that The Sackville Lounge is set to close its doors.

The closure of the pub, which is self-described as a “charming, intimate, old style Dublin pub, in the heart of the city”, was revealed on the blog Come Here To Me after a cryptic message was posted on its notice board and the bar’s staff confirmed the news.

It seems that the closure of the establishment was due to a “mutual lease break” on The Spire Portfolio, which includes The Sackville Lounge. 

There’s no word yet on when the closure will take place.
