Andrew Rudd is the Dublin-based chef and food writer behind Medley on Drury Street.
Medley by Andrew Rudd was started as a new concept in venue hire and private dining and since its inception in early 2012, it has hosted corporate dinners, birthday parties, tasting evenings and cookery demonstrations.
Due to demand and organic growth in the business, Medley is now moving to a new premises on Fleet Street, in the old Irish Times printing press building.
The new Medley will be a larger space which can cater for bigger events, as well as having a café shop and bistro on the ground floor for day time customers. However, the project cannot commence without some much needed crowd-funding, and that’s where you guys come in…
If you’d like to see the new Medley in situ on Fleet Street – if you would like to invest and get a good financial return, please click here for Andrew’s Linked Finance campaign. They are currently at 42.8% of their target with two days to go, so every last cent will help – get involved!
