You can now buy healthy(ish) restaurant-style sweet potato fries to cook in the comfort of your own home.
These beauties are made by Strong Roots, an Irish company, and you can buy them in Super Valu, Spar, Fallon and Byrne, as well as a few other outlets at €3.99 for a 500g bag.
They are gluten free (using a rice flour batter instead) and low in saturated fat.
Now, the only real challenge here will be trying to limit yourself to a 100g serving instead of the whole 500g bag...
