Renting in Dublin is an absolute nightmare. That we know. 

Whether it's landlords trying to convince you that a shared room is worth €1000 a month, or your forty roommates stealing the last of your yoghurt - it can be testing at the best of times. 

Many have tried to design a piece of art to perfectly encapsulate this - but only one has come close. 

Ricardo Vieira posted this to the famously helpful Rent A Room In Dublin Facebook page during the week, and it's been blowing up all over the internet ever since. 

The post says:

"Another gr8 room to rent -  we call ensuite. N is only €750 +bills
#rentindublin"

Gas.

We've all bloody been there alright...
