PICS: This Dublin Favourite Has Just Reopened Its Doors

Alana Laverty

You may have noticed this spot under a lot of construction in the past month or so.

Following an extensive refurbishment and redesign across two floors, Gourmet Burger Kitchen on South William Street has reopened its doors today.

We do love a good GBK – such a failsafe option.

And the South William Street one, in all its Victorian red brick glory, has always held a special place in our hearts.

The newly revamped location has been designed to total perfection with glowing copper screens, carrara marble tiling and warm wood parquet floors throughout.

The Victorian listed landmark building has been given a new lease of life with many original features having been lovingly retained and repaired.

Deadly.

Their new outdoor terrace will be packed all summer, no doubt.

GBK on South William will also now be serving breakfast from 9am – yaaaassss.
