PICS: This Dublin Pub Has Recreated Their Chocolate Mousse As A Pint Of Guinness

We love a pint of the black stuff as much as the next person, but there’s something very intriguing about a Guinness chocolate mousse… It’s a win-win situation, really: you get to consume Guinness AND eat dessert.

The Hairy Lemon on Stephen Street Lower have come up with the inventive ‘Pint of Guinness’; a Guinness-infused chocolate mousse. set on a biscuit base with a fresh creamy topping served with seasonal fruits.
