The Dublin institution that is Leo Burdock’s has made a brave new move by transforming one of their locations.
The chipper chain has redesigned their Tallaght spot to look more ‘trendy’, according to a spokesperson.
The move comes after the recent closure of Burdock’s Phibsborough branch, due to declining interest from locals. There are six remaining Burdock’s chippers in Dublin.

Yup – Burdock’s is now serving chips in baskets.
