POLL: Were These Activists Right To Liberate Lobsters From A Dublin Restaurant?

Earlier this morning, we told you about an incident that happened over the weekend at Ka Shing on Wicklow Street, in which nine lobsters were picked from the restaurant’s tank and released back into the ocean.

The National Animal Rights Association said it carried out the act out of “compassion”, however gardaí have apparently been in contact with the group to say that charges will be pressed.

So what do you think? Were the protesters justified in taking such drastic action – or was there a better way to get their point across?
