AA Roadwatch is advising road users to avoid this Dublin bridge right now.
Tom Clark Bridge AKA East Link Bridge stuck upright right now due to a malfunction during a bridge lift.
Extreme delays on all sides.

A collision at the roundabout just north of the bridge at the East Wall Road / Norh Wall Quay junction is adding to these delays.
Traffic is extremely heavy on all approaches, with East Wall Road delays now back to the Port and Sean Moore Riad slow from the Beach Road junction.
AA are advising people avoid the area until further notice.
There are also delays from Ringsend Road through to Irishtown Road.
