A shocking video has emerged online of a man wearing a Dublin jersey kicking a homeless man in the head on Parnell Street after the All-Ireland Final yesterday.

Originally posted to Facebook by Dubliner Patrick Paget, the post includes the caption:

'Had a great day working in crocker... Dublin taking home the Sam four times in a row... Only to be walking home and see this on our streets #terrible #horrible #scumshouldbeashamed'

The video was then picked up and shared by Anthony Flynn of Inner City Helping Homeless who wrote 'This is an absolute shocking incident. This person must be held accountable for what seems to be an mindless attack on a vulnerable person. This needs to be shared far & wide, let's identify this person!'
