Silly season is well and truly upon us so we don't need much of an excuse to head into town this weekend.
If you are on the fence however, then Sin É on Ormond Quay has just the thing to get you into the festive spirit. The much-loved live music venue will be hosting a Christmas Jazz and Blues festival from Thursday December 7 until Sunday December 10 featuring a whole heap of the city's best live acts.

Featuring appearances from the likes of Mick Pyro, The Cat Burglars and Dixieland, the event should attract quite a crowd each night of the weekend as people look to cosy up in the city with a few scoops.
The event is advertised as having free admission and drink specials at gets underway on Thursday and Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 6.30pm.
