Some Prankster Is Sticking Up Signs For Trolley Licences In The City

Owning your own shopping trolley is mostly associated with little old ladies which makes this prank all the more cruel. But still a bit gas.

Someone in Dublin 8 has put a sign up warning trolley owners that they will soon require a licence for being in possession of the handy four-wheeled items. 

Spotted on Thomas Street by Darragh Doyle, the sign is accurately described as ‘divilment’.
