Owning your own shopping trolley is mostly associated with little old ladies which makes this prank all the more cruel. But still a bit gas.
Someone in Dublin 8 has put a sign up warning trolley owners that they will soon require a licence for being in possession of the handy four-wheeled items.
Spotted on Thomas Street by Darragh Doyle, the sign is accurately described as 'divilment'.
