Take at gander at a grainy looking Dublin in this video from the BFI filmed in 1902..

You can view the old houses of parliament and the gates of Trinity College of Edwardian Dublin. The video also features the 'King Billy' statue, prior to its removal after suffering from vandalism. Electrified trams came into service not too long before this film was shot, so the short video offers a rare insight into the birth of an urbanised Dublin.
