A 19-year-old was hospitalised yesterday evening after being stabbed and beaten with golf clubs during a horrific attack in Dublin.

The serious assault took place at 7.30pm yesterday evening on St Agnes' Road in Crumlin, according to Independent.ie

It is believed a group of up to ten males carrying weapons such as knives, golf clubs and bats set upon the victim and proceeded to stab and beat him in what's being described as a "targeted attack".

The teen victim was taken to St James Hospital with knife wounds and his condition is described as being non-life threatening.
