There seems to be very little doubt that Dublin is the grips of another mini property boom after about 7 years of extreme pain. Everywhere you look around the city the same signs are there that we all remember so well. We just can’t stop asking ourselves “are we really going to be this stupid all over again??”. Here are the 17 sure signs that the Dublin property bubble is back…
1.There was a 32 page property pull out in the Irish Times last week

3.Permanent TSB is advertising for mortgages for irish houses in AUSTRALIA!
4.The Irish banks are falling over each other to offer mortgages
5.There is an estate agents on Baggot street that looks like a high end hotel
6.So all the houses might not have sold out but there were people camping outside normal houses in Swords for days in advance
