There are delays on the M50 today as Gardaí carry out MIT (Mandatory Intoxication Testing) checkpoints as part of their Bank Holiday Road Safety campaign.

According to AA Roadwatch: ‘Traffic is currently down to one lane on the M50 southbound between J15 Kilternan and J16 Cherrywood and traffic is slow from J14 Leopardstown Rd to J17 M11. There are also delays exiting the M50 southbound onto Glenamuck Road.’
