The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) issued enforcement notices to seven Irish food businesses in March and three of those were in Dublin.
The first establishment in the list below was issued with a closure order under FSAI Act, 1998, where it’s deemed that there is or there’s likely to be a grave and immediate danger to public health from the premises, or where an improvement order is not complied with.
The second and third food businesses were issued with notices because of EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010, where closure orders are served for non-compliance with food legislation.
