Open just two weeks today, Gym New Trition, Dublin’s newest café, is all about healthy eating, the right way.
Serving up highly nutritious meals, these guys serve everything they make from scratch. They use no sugars, preservatives, additives, bread, refined carbs, processed oils or processed foods whatsoever.
But they’re not scary – they just want to get you to the healthiest you can possibly be.
Using the freshest Irish meat and fish, these guys even provide weekly meal plans to help with your own personal goals.
Advocating a low carb lifestyle, Gym New Trition is trying to promote a healthy diet as the single most important aspect of your lifestyle.
And with a motto like: ”Gym 20% New Trition 80%”, you know they’re legit.
Speaking to Gym New Trition owner, Charles Dunne told Lovin Dublin:
”My menu is broken down into three sections; Proteins, Carbs and Veg. We have the menu written out with no actual description of the foods. So it’s just chicken fillet sweet potato, rice etc.
But I flavour each ingredient differently each day. So you could get the same food one day to the next and it be totally different. So one day might be Peri peri chicken with Indian spiced sweet potato or potato and steamed broccoli. The next could be tandoori Chicken sea salt and rosemary sweet potato with chilli flaked broccoli.”
Sounds pretty good to us.
