This Dublin Café Takes Its Bins Very Seriously

I've never experience an issue with somebody else taking advantage of my bin... but this cafe clearly have. The owners of The Bridge Café in Ringsend are apparently sick and tired of others using and abusing the bin outside their premises, so they stuck this warning on it.
