This Dublin Road Is Closed Until Tonight

We told you guys on Friday that North Strand Road would be closed yesterday, Saturday, from 10pm until 8pm today, Sunday to facilitate essential maintenance works.

So just a lil reminder for all road users to plan alternate routes around the city today.

The following diversions will be available for those who’d planned on using the aforementioned route:

• Traffic on Amiens Street wishing to travel on North Strand Road to Fairview will be diverted via Portland Row, Summerhill Parade, Ballybough Road and Fairview Strand.
• Traffic on Fairview wishing to travel on North Strand Road to Amiens Street will be diverted via East Wall Road, North Wall Quay, Custom House Quay, Talbot Memorial Bridge, Georges Quay, Butt Bridge and Beresford Place.
• Traffic on Amiens Street wishing to travel on North Strand Road to Ossory Road will be diverted via Portland Row, Summerhill Parade, Ballybough Road, Poplar Row, East Wall Road and West Road.
• Traffic on Fairview wishing to travel on Ossory Road will be diverted via East Wall Road and West Road.
• Pedestrian and local access will be maintained.
