This Father Ted Scavenger Hunt Is On Tomorrow – And It’s All You Need For A Perfect Sunny Saturday

It’s perhaps the greatest Craggy Island-themed experience you’re going to get outside of Tedfest itself – and it’s all happening in the heart of Dublin tomorrow.

The Old Grey Whistle Hunt is a Ted-themed scavenger hunt, where contestants will be given a set of clues – and the chance to win a set of Electric Picnic tickets, amongst some other really cool prizes.

And better still, it’s all in aid of the Denise Ryan Lyme Fund. After we covered her story on Lovin Dublin, 1events got in touch to see how they could help – and so the hunt was born.

You turn up on the day with your ticket.

We scan your ticket and in exchange we give you a pack with all the clues and rules.

This vital information pack will give you all you need to score points and thus win those sweet sweet festival tickets.

You’ll set out unto the world for three hours scoring as many points as you can, before returning to Merrion Square Park for tea & cake while we tally up the scores!

You can also double your points by dressing up as a priest, nun, bishop, milkman or another Father Ted themed character, every point you score will be DOUBLED!
