The Big Grill Festival is back, back, BACK! Well, it’s back in August. But still, it’s coming back!
Is that a little too much excitement for a Tuesday? We don’t think so!
The first round of the chef and vendor line up for the international BBQ festival has just been revealed and it looks finger lickin’ good.
Taking place in Herbert Park, Ballsbridge from August 17-20, The Big Grill some brilliant chefs like Robin Gill, Andy Ricker and Neil Rankin plus stalls from Bastible, Box Burger, Fowl Play, Kinara Kitchen and a whole lot more.
Every vendor present must cook with live fire using natural
charcoal and wood only, no gas or electricity allowed, so this is gonna be a proper BBQ.
There’ll also be music (courtesy of the fully spandexed DJ BBQ), speakers, workshops and red hot chilli challenges to enjoy, not to mention a whole lot of craft beer, cider, wine and spirits to sup on — BBQ is thirsty work after all.
