This Is The Newest Place To Go For A Healthy Lunch In Dublin

All aboard the healthy food train: if you’re trying to eat a little bit healthier and take care of your body, healthy food doesn’t have to be boring.

And lucky for us, there has been a big focus on healthy alternatives and eateries around Dublin.

The latest additon is new salad bar, Toss, who have just opened their second store at Junction 6 in Castleknock, and it’s definitely somewhere you need to check out for lunch this week.

Because it’s delicious.

From salads and wraps to omelettes, they even do their own healthy taco mince, so there is a lot of variety for people to choose from.

If you fancy breakfast before work you need to try their healthy breakfast menu because it’s unreal and runs from 8am – 11:30am.

Some dishes include Acai Breakfast Fruit bowl, Chorizo Scrambled Eggs and their Breakfast Salad with poached eggs.

Our favourite is the breakfast burrito which is made up of guacamole, salsa, brown rice, scrambled egg and streaky bacon.

Yum!

They also do smoothies and coffee, so there’s something tasty to wash it down with.
