This Is What The Inside Of A €9.7 Million Dublin Gaff Looks Like

Alana Laverty

Let’s ignore the fact that none of us will ever be able to afford a tenth of this house and instead just dream for a few minutes.

Behold ‘Fintragh’ at 11 Shrewsbury Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. AKA one of the most expensive homes on the Dublin market right now.

And it’s been on the market for quite a while. Last year it was priced at €10.5 mil but has since been reduced to a bargain €9,700,000 – hurrah.

Some of its features include…

  • 8 Bedrooms
  • Tennis Court
  • Swimming pool
  • Manicured gardens
  • A second building to be used as an office or for staff
  • Ample off street parking

Really is amazing to see how the other half get to live. Lucky feckers.

You can see from the air just how well laid out the place is, taking up 0.7 of an acre in what has to be one of the best locations in town

And once you look inside the house, things get even better
