This New Song ‘Cobbles’ Is Dedicated To Dublin And It’s Beautiful

A collaborative project, ‘Cobbles’ was created by a group of young people called The Never Alone Collective, in support of the Dublin2020 campaign for European Capital of Culture.

The collective was founded by Luke Clerkin in 2012, in order to raise money to record and release a charity single called Never Alone for Teen-Line Ireland, a free-phone service for teens who need someone to talk to. The song made it to number 15 in the Irish iTunes Charts.

The group now regularly busk in Temple Bar to raise money and awareness for Teen-Line Ireland.

‘Cobbles’ was written by Luke S, and singers from The Never Alone Collective are Orlagh Kenny (17), Luke S (24), Kevin Rooney (17), Jamie Harrington (16), Calvin Hynes (16), Robbie Tomkins (16), Aaron Daly (18), Dylan Harcourt Killalee (17), Louise Mannering (17), Katie Stephens (18).
