This is quite literally a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Tiger Street Eats is coming to Dublin - and with it comes one of the most respected chefs in street food, ever.
In fact, Hawker Chan Hon Meng is the owner of the first ever Michelin-starred street food hawker stand - Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle in Singapore.
When awarded his star Chan asked them, "Are you joking? Why would Michelin come to my stall? I've never heard of Michelin inspectors visiting a street stall."

And on his first trip to Dublin, we're expecting great things.
Tiger Street Eats will open its doors on Thursday, July 20 until Saturday, July 22 at 23 Portobello Harbour for a three-day residency offering a unique and exciting street food experience.
This is the first time Tiger Street Eats has ever taken place in Europe.
The global event was first launched in Sydney and has traveled to Auckland, New York City and Kuala Lumpur bringing people from all walks of life together to share a Tiger beer over amazing street food.
Tickets for the Dublin edition go on sale on Tuesday, June 27 from here.
