This picture taken in Bray this afternoon has gone a long way to prove romance is not dead. And that it’s just as deliciously cheesy as ever.
Snapped at the Bray Air Display, the photo below shows a proposal by a man named Noel to his beloved Ciara via an airplane banner.
This whole thing has got us pretty curious though: Who are Noel and Ciara? Did everything go according to plan? Did she say yes?!
