This guy is advertising a room in his apartment for just €700 per month which we think is great value given the fact that this house looks just incredible. The apartment is described as a bright and homely place with three double bedrooms, a large double height living space, two real fires, a bathroom for every bedroom, amazing views of Dublin, a never-ending spiral staircase, a trapdoor, a turret with a dining area, and is adjacent to most major transport lines. Eh... When can we move in?!
