After much anticipation, the concept is finally coming to Dublin in September – and here’s all you need to know about it…

In a nutshell, Hotpod Yoga is Vinyasa-style yoga carried out in an inflatable hot yoga studio. AKA – a pod. 

This yoga concept is designed to appeal to all abilities and offers a unique and enjoyable yoga experience.

The beautiful cocoon-like inflatable studios (pods) transform any
space into the perfect hot yoga environment. Heated to 37 degrees designed to transport Hotpod Yoga-goers into an otherworldly setting, the pods purpose is to supercharge the yoga experience through its unique and perpetually perfect interior – dim, purple lighting, beautifully scented with chill urban tunes.
