Time Out Has Named This Dublin Area Among The 50 Coolest Neighbourhoods In The World

Phibsboro. Or Phibsborough, whatevs. A place so cool that most of its residents don’t know how to spell it, let alone care.

Dubliners have always been familiar with the charms of D7 but it now appears that the rest of the world have been let in on the secret. That’s right, Time Out magazine has included Phibsboro in its list of the 50 coolest neighbourhoods in the world, ranking the area at number 27.

With its great cafés, late night venues and old-school Dublin charm, the area finished just behind Sololaki in Tblisi and higher than the likes of Central District in Seattle and Botofogo in Rio De Janeiro.
