Traffic is acting the divil in Dublin today, as per usual.

Drivers can expect delays on the M50 southbound due to a vehicle that's on fire on the hard shoulder between J5 Finglas and J6 Blanchardstown.

Proceed on roads with extreme caution.

Elsewhere in the city the Women's March is taking place until 3pm and road users can expect further delays in the city centre.

Traffic along the Grand Canal is also busy westbound between Portobello and Harold's Cross.

Works taking place at Harold's Cross bridge are causing delays on all approaches, in particular to and from Leonard's Corner.
